Laminate is made of several impregnated layers of materials that are thermofused together under high pressure.

It consists of:

1. Wear layer is an overlay consisting of aluminum oxide making the top layer a wear resistant surface.

2. Decorative layer with wood-look pattern that is melamine resin-impregnated.

3. The wood based core is made of HDF (High Density Fiberboard) where the density is greater than 850 kg/m3.

4. Balancing layer or the bottom layer is melamine resin impregnated surface that provides dimensional stability and moisture protection.

In addition, the construction of the HDF (High Density Fiberboard) wood-based core contains even less formaldehyde than the minimums demanded by European E1 standards.Therefore the entire manufacturing process is environment friendly and the product is harmless to human health.
